    Last April 2nd, Valhrona & Les Vergers Boron hosted a special tea time with Chef Michel Willaume at the Maroun Chedid Cooking Academy. Renown chefs, bloggers and media gathered around a delicious high tea that celebrated both brands and the art of desserts.     Guerlain launches two new perfumes: Mon Guerlain & L’Homme Ideal at the Maroun Chedid Cooking Academy.  A beautiful day that was inspired by the different perfume fragrance notes: vanilla, almonds, orange & cardamom. 21 ladies learned how to prepare the chef's signature dishes that were based on these notes. On the menu: Beetroot Carpaccio with Orange Wedges and Balsamic and Vanilla dressing, Chicken a l’Ancienne with Cardamom and Roasted Almonds.
